Refund Policy

Read carefully the refund terms at Finventori before purchasing any paid plan.

1. Introduction

Finventori provides SaaS services for inventory and invoice management. By purchasing a paid plan or using a free plan, you agree to comply with this refund policy.

2. Free Plan

The free plan can only be used once per user. Once the free plan is used, reactivation or refund is not allowed.

3. Paid Plan

  • Payments are made via the official iPaymu system and recorded in Finventori’s database.
  • Refunds are only applicable in case of system errors or special approval from Finventori.
  • Refunds do not apply to user decisions, late payments, or partially used plans.
  • All refund requests must be sent via the official email fatkhulloh6939@gmail.com with proof of payment.

4. Refund Request Process

After submitting a refund request, Finventori’s team will review eligibility within 3–5 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to the same payment method used.

5. Limitations

Finventori reserves the right to deny refunds in case of system abuse or violation of terms & conditions.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved according to the law applicable in Finventori’s jurisdiction.
