Introduction

By using the Finventori platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions listed on this page. This applies to all users, including individuals, SMEs, and organizations.

Definitions

  • Service: Finventori platform for inventory, product, and invoice management.
  • User: Any individual or organization using the Service.
  • Content: Data, products, invoices, or other information stored and processed on the Service.
  • Payment: Transactions via iPaymu to purchase or renew Finventori packages.

User Account

Users must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and all activities that occur through it.

Service Use

  • Use the Service only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
  • Do not access unauthorized areas or data.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and do not distribute content illegally.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Some Finventori features require subscription fees. All payments are made through iPaymu, and transaction status is recorded automatically.

Free packages can only be used once per user. Paid packages cannot be canceled or refunded except for system errors or special approval by Finventori.

Refunds will only be processed according to iPaymu terms and Finventori policy. For inquiries, contact FAQ.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as is'. Finventori is not liable for direct or indirect losses from using the Service or transactions via iPaymu.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indonesian law, considering local laws for international users.
